Managed AI Services
Your people are already using AI. CNI makes it safe, owned and useful. Managed AI services for business: we deploy and secure the AI platform of your choice, bring your staff onto accounts you control, connect AI to the systems they already use, and manage it for you.
Why AI in business needs managing
of organizations now use AI regularly in at least one business function. Only one in four employees say their leadership is clearly aligned on how. For most business owners, the question left is how to adopt AI without losing control of their data, their spend or their tools. McKinsey, The State of AI 2026; Microsoft 2026 Work Trend Index
-
Company data in personal accounts
Staff use personal Claude and ChatGPT accounts for work. Prompts, files and client details sit outside your control, and they leave when the employee does.
-
AI finds the files nobody meant to share
Connected to your email and documents, AI can pull up anything a user technically has access to, including folders shared too widely years ago. Those mistakes show up in answers.
-
Spend that nobody is watching
Usage-based features, extra usage and one power user building tools can run a bill up fast, with no budget set and no one reporting on it.
Managed AI means we set it up, secure it and run it for you.
- Safe from day oneYour people start using AI without putting company data at risk.
- Someone to callSpecialists who know your setup and answer when your team gets stuck.
- Connected to your systemsAI working inside your email, files and CRM, where the work happens.
- Work handed offMonth-end reports, trackers and follow-ups that run themselves.
How managed AI works
CNI has a proven way of bringing AI into a business safely, refined across every deployment we have run. The order and the pace are set with you, around how your company already works and when it can take on change.
-
Start where you are
We take stock of how your people already use AI and what they need from it, then plan the rollout around your business and your calendar.
-
Go live early, safely
Your first users are working in a secure, company-owned workspace quickly, with AI that already understands your business.
-
Bring everyone across
Your team comes on at the pace you set. Personal accounts are retired, people are trained, and the rules are written down.
-
Connect what matters
Once data access has been checked, AI is connected to the systems you choose, and CNI manages it from there.
AI management, handled for you
Once your AI setup is live, CNI looks after it continuously, with people who know your environment. All of this is part of the service.

Managed AI Services FAQ
Start by making it official. CNI sets up a business-grade environment on the AI platform of your choice, owned by your company, brings your people onto it, and retires the personal accounts. From there the policy, the connections to your systems and the day-to-day support follow as part of the service.
Your first users are typically working in AI early in the engagement, and the full deployment, including data access review, rollout and policy, usually completes within a couple of months. You set the pace of the rollout.
Yes, when it is set up for how you work. The businesses getting real value from AI are the ones where the tool knows the company, people were brought on properly, and someone keeps it safe and useful. CNI works with businesses from a dozen people to a few hundred, and the approach scales to fit.
A consultant delivers a setup and hands it back. Doing it yourself usually means vendor defaults, personal accounts and nobody to call. Managed AI means CNI secures the environment first, keeps running it afterward, keeps the policy and spend under control, and reports on whether it is working. Someone is accountable for it every day.
Everything. The workspace is owned by your business inside your own environment, the subscriptions are in your name, and the policy and documentation are yours. CNI administers it on your behalf; it does not hold the keys.
The one that fits your business. CNI deploys and supports the major business AI platforms, including Claude and Microsoft 365 Copilot, and helps you choose between them. We build automations and reporting on Azure and Power BI. Other tools your staff ask for are reviewed first, and often the platform you already have covers the need.
Every environment is configured to CNI's standard before anyone signs in, with capabilities enabled deliberately. And before AI is connected to your company data, we review what each person can already reach and correct it, because AI will surface anything a user has access to, including files nobody realized were shared. That review is repeated as part of the service.
Administration, support, keeping the environment current, governance and policy, ongoing oversight, spend management and the regular review are all part of managed AI. Larger builds, such as a custom automation, a reporting project or a custom integration, are defined as projects with their own scope, so you always know what is being built and why.
