Custom Networks, Inc. was started in 2003 by people who had seen, firsthand, what bad IT does to a business. We built CNI to be the IT partner we wished we had: honest, quick to respond, and paying attention to the business behind the ticket.
That still shapes how we work: plain communication, no upsells you do not need, and doing the right thing even when it is the harder thing. Trust is earned, and we try to earn it on every ticket.
